Job Description:

  • Promptly and politely respond to guest inquiries via phone and email. Keep accurate records of reservations and guest information.
  • Create a positive and hospitable atmosphere for all guests.
  • Comply with all company policies relating to reservations.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'O' Levels & above or possess relevant qualifications.
  • Must be able to perform shifts & able to work on weekends/Public Holidays.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Prior experience in a hotel environment is advantageous but optional.
