  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope

Submitting accurate and timely reports to principals and regulators.
Troubleshooting report issues and coordinating with IT for resolutions.
Assisting auditors and handling ad-hoc data requests from internal/external stakeholders.
Processing customer bank transfers and reconciling incoming payments (cash, cheque, cards, GIRO, etc.).
Reconciling outgoing security deposit refunds for closed utility accounts.
Ensuring collections and refunds are accurately reflected in the general ledger and bank statements.
Addressing customer payment and refund inquiries.
Supporting User Acceptance Tests (UAT).

Requirement

Degree in Accountancy with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP experience preferred.
