Description:
• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages
• Maintain extensive knowledge of beverages and provide recommendations to clients.
• Ensure hospitality and personal touch to clients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
• Monitor and manage inventory
• Follow established opening and closing
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, company standards and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in training and mentoring
• Maintain accurate records of beverage served, inventory
• Provide regular reports to the Hospitality Manager.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, coffee/tea preparation, and simple cocktail mixing
- Able to commit weekends and PH
- Experienced in hospitality is preferred
- Singaporeans only
