Job Details:
- Basic up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
- Working days: Monday - Saturday
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm (weekdays), 9am - 4pm (Saturdays)
- Location: Upper Thomson
Job Scope:
Assign tasks to technicians according to their skill levels and the complexity of each job.
Monitor the progress of repairs and maintenance to ensure efficiency and timely completion.
Review completed work to ensure it meets high standards and complies with safety regulations.
Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate with the parts department to guarantee that necessary parts are ordered, stocked, and readily available for use.
Offer support and guidance to workshop staff, promoting clear communication and effective teamwork.
Keep detailed records of repairs, services, and parts used for each job.
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols within the workshop.
