You will report directly to the HR Manager on the following RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment – source, interview and onboard awesome new talents
Work pass matters – handle work pass issuance and renewals
Training and development – help employees thrive by sending them to training programs and courses
Management of employee relations – resolve conflicts, implement disciplinary measures, and handle grievances
Legal compliance – ensure adherence to relevant labour laws and regulations
Screening Interviews - conduct initial screening interviews and arrange follow-up interviews with the respective leads
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors
We REQUIRE you to have:
HR diploma/degree (or related field) and 1+ years of experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Top-notch organization and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
