The primary focus of this role is to develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy, with an emphasis on capital raising, investor relations, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic distribution plan targeting potential investor, including institutional clients, family offices, and fund managers, to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution, managing operational costs, and overseeing related administrative functions.
  • Drive a capital raising strategy to achieve fundraising goals, ensuring consistent year-on-year growth in management and performance fees, and meeting individual KPIs.
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations and investment proposals to prospective investors, showcasing client’s value proposition and investment strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with boutique advisory firms, wealth managers, private banks, and gatekeepers to build long-term client connections.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to refine and enhance distribution strategies and increase market penetration through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with third-party partners and channels to secure favorable terms and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management, offering insights into distribution activities, client feedback, and market opportunities.
  • Manage the investor due diligence process, addressing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and reporting standards.
  • Foster a positive corporate culture by embodying client’s core values, leading the team effectively, and contributing to employee development and morale.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in capital raising, distribution strategy, or investor relations, preferably within the financial or investment management industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance within the financial industry.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of team development and a collaborative approach.
