Handle and maintain the full set of accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet, General ledger, Financial Reporting, Forecast, and Budget.
Process accounts receivable and accounts payables transactions.
Prepare quarterly GST returns for the clinics within the deadlines
Billing of invoices to inter branches for drugs or manpower transfer and intercompany billing
Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation listing for all clinics
Perform monthly reconciliation of bank statements and payments from managed care companies.
Prepare budget and forecast on twice a year basis.
Liaise with external Corporate Tax agents on taxation matters
Process staff claims and reimbursement of claims.
Maintain the General Ledger and reconciled monthly accounts, including journal entries and variance analysis
Support regulatory and internal reporting, which includes monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Maintain accounting controls and recommend policies and procedures to enhance process efficiencies
Manage and monitor performance metrics, KPI tracking, and reports of finance team.
Ensure assistant the timely processing of supplier payments.
Maintenance and enhancement of the MYOB software to meet companies.
Manage procurement of office supplies.
Other ad-hoc admin duties assigned by the Management
Requirements:
A recognized Accounting Diploma or Finance Degree. Minimum 1 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
Knowledge in Business Accounting is a key requirement.
Knowledge of handling a full set of accounts, CPF ruling, GST, and Tax regulations
Motivated, proactive, and optimistic about overcoming challenges.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Pivot Table. MYOB knowledge will be an advantage.
Able to work independently with minimum Supervision.
Able to meet deadlines and with good time management skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills are essential.
Detailed and meticulous, with a good balance between implementation and accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,400.00 - $3,800.00 per month
