Duties and Responsibilities: -

Plan, schedule, track project timeline and management of the site activities to achieve smooth project implementation and completion.
Coordinate incoming jobs requests and arrange work schedules
To assist managers and supervisors and provide coordination of information and documents required
Support administrative/operational duties as required to ensure ground team work smoothly
Supervise workers and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good quality.
Liaise and establish rapport with customer, consultants and/ or architects
Involve in technical discussion, progress meeting with customers, M&E consultant and main or sub-contractors
Support in acquiring new opportunities – Tenders and Business Development
Project Costing and re-engineering to increase project profit margin, preparation of monthly progress claim and expenditure budget control (when feasible).
To take on any additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager
