Job Description
As the Management Trainee, you will have the unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of shipping operations through rotations across different departments. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship, equipping you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this exciting field.

Job Requirement
    Participate in rotational on-the-job training programs across different departments, including technical operations, safety, and compliance.
    Assist department supervisors with project management and implementation tasks
    Conduct research and analyze data to support various initiatives and projects
    Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
    Monitor and ensure that all ship management operations comply with international maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
    Assist in coordinating vessel maintenance schedules, liaising with technical teams to ensure repairs and servicing are conducted on time and in line with operational requirements.
    Maintain accurate records and provide updates on project progress
    Attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required
    Provide administrative and operational support to managers and team members
    Develop and deliver presentations on assigned topics
    Identify areas for operational improvement and contribute ideas for process enhancements to optimize efficiency
