Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with a strong sales and marketing orientation to join our team. This role combines marketing strategy development with direct sales efforts to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will leverage marketing insights to create compelling sales strategies and execute effective outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement marketing strategies that align with sales goals and enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Develop sales materials, presentations, and training programs to equip the sales team with the tools and information needed to succeed.
  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns, utilising digital marketing, social media, and content marketing to attract and nurture potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing support to understand their needs and align solutions.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimise results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy alignment.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance and sales metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Local Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 1 year of experience in marketing with a strong focus on sales but no experience is welcomed to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
