Job Description
We are looking for an Operation Assistant Executive/Executive who can perform spectrum of Shipping Operation. Reporting to the Manager, Operations, and the Executive will be responsible for handling vessel feeder operational matters to ensuring smooth process workflows.
Job Requirement
Responsibilities:
    Prepare vessel reports according to operational requirements/deadlines
    Collect and analyse data for operational performance and decision supports
    Familiar with emergency procedures to vessel delays/incidents and support the managers to follow up on contingency plans
    Liaise with vessels’ master to ensure vessels arrivals/departures are on time or as per charterers’ instruction.
    Monitor of schedule and ensure proactive action done for smooth operations
    Prepare and Send coastal schedules
    Monitor bunker consumption and make informed decisions if required to speed up the vessel.
    Monitor of weather condition using available systems to anticipate delay to vessels and take required actions
    Vet and verify DGs applications to ensure compliance to IMO standard and company policy (training to be provided)
    Discover any additional opportunities to complement existing procedures relevant to the scope of responsibility
    Any other jobs/projects deemed appropriate by the manager(s)
