Your primary role will be to work with companies across a wide range of industries to find and secure a flexible workspace. As an independent consultant helping companies select the perfect workspace that meets their needs. We’re looking for someone who has the natural ability to enthuse potential customers and build long term relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads proactively through external business development / networking.
  • Implement the sales strategy, overseeing the full sales cycle to successfully closing deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential business customers and partner operators
  • Develop excellent knowledge of the flexible workspace industry in order to provide the best
  • consultative advice to potential customers
  • Maintain the CRM daily in order to maximise sales opportunities
  • Maximise sales performance to ensure critical KPIs are met and exceeded

Requirements:

  • Preferably with experience in B2B sales in the flexible workspace or hospitality industries
  • Skilled relationship manager / consultant who can generate and grow valuable long term customer & partner relationships
  • Ability to quickly build rapport
  • Expert solution seller with a hands-on approach
  • Self-motivated who is driven to achieve and exceed results
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
