  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job scope:


Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their inquiries about products and services.
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant product teams.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to offer appropriate solutions.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

A level and above
