About the Role:
ACE Management Services Pte Ltd is looking for a passionate and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a perfect match for each position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze clients' recruitment needs and job specifications.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and match them with the client's needs.
- Manage the interview process between clients and candidates and provide feedback at all stages.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Achieve personal and team targets for placements and business growth.
- To be on the ground for duty and operational support
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented attitude and a passion for achieving results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
