We are Tsukada Nojo - a unique Japanese farm-to-table concept that is well-known for its chicken collagen pot, Beauty Collagen Pot, or BIJIN NABE.
We are always on the lookout for like-minded service-oriented team members joining our Tsukada Nojo family, serving our valued customers with traditional Japanese hospitality.
KITCHEN HELPER ROLE:
• Exercise Work Safety at ALL Times in the kitchen
• Observe food hygiene
• Maintain the cleanliness of your workstations
• To adopt First-In-First-Out method for maintaining all sundries and food items and ensure accurate stock level
• To assist in the preparation of all meals
• Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS :
• Able to perform duties right the first time
• Cheerful pleasant personality with the positive mindset
• Strong team player & able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must work 4 days (including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)*No exception
Dinner shift: 5pm till closing
Training hours first 50 hours
- Hourly rate during training: $10/hour(Flat-rate)
During training, learn to perform the following job responsibilities well to unlock higher hourly pay:
1. Kitchen Daily Opening and Closing duties
2. Be able to handle all the workstations in the Kitchen confidently
3. Stock count and receiver
4. Adhoc task assigned by management
5. Ordering
Once you can perform the above Responsibilities well, your hourly rate will be increased to $18. Must work 4 days (including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays). Dinner shift: 5pm till closing
