  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Sales Associate at Converse/Hoka/Lacoste (Full-Time), you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:



Greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
Driving sales by recommending products and providing personalized styling advice.
Achieve the agreed standards on the sales floor including till and service zone at all times
Maximize sales through effective management of departmental stock and size availability to facilitate layout planning
General store operations – including visual merchandising, managing inventory, stocktake and general house keeping
Operate the till (handling of cash and credit cards) with the correct procedures, achieving high level of efficiency and accuracy
Keeping abreast of latest fashion news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively
Make use of the product knowledge to suggest products and promote product benefits to customers in order to drive sale
Develop strong connections with customer to generate loyal customers and repeat transactions



Requirements:

Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
Passion for sneakers, fashion, sports and streetwear culture.
Have basic knowledge about the brand and customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
