Job Responsibilities:

Operations

Responsible for overseeing people, processes, and day to day operations to ensure that store performs in line with business KPI
Achieve Business KPIs set by management including revenue, labor and COGS and other expenses
Analyse store performance to align with business KPIs
Maintain high level of customer service as per brand standards. Always attend to guest requests and feedback to provide excellent level of customer service
Manage, direct and co-ordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant manner by following brand’s SOPs
Carry out mise en place duties, prepare and present dishes with highest quality to customers
Manage overall manpower planning, including planning daily duty roster to ensure optimum use of manpower in the outlet
Serve as a role model to demonstrate excellent behaviour to lead the whole team
Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of working experience in F&B
Comfortable with Microsoft excel, word and Power point
Pleasant personality and results driven attitude
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Proactive and able to take initiative
Ability to work in fast paced environment

PART TIME EMPLOYMENT (UP TO $14/hr)

Minimum commitment period: Must be able to commit for at least 3 months. Please only apply if you can commit.



FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT (UP TO $3,000)

49 hours per week
Full-time crew members must be willing to work on days including weekends and public holidays.
