Here is a description of the role we are opening:
- Attend to daily production technical issues related to processes as to ensure smooth production flow
- Lead, co-ordinate and execute continuous improvement in his/her workshop
- Attend to all quality issues and work with Quality Assurance Department to resolve / contain problem using Plant Lean methodology (QRQC).
- Work closely with the Engineering and R&D departments to transit new processes/ technology and transfer into production line on time
- Embarks on productivity, quality & cost reduction program
- Drive toward company KPI (Key Performance Index) and internal PPM target
- Able to solve problems systematically through the different methodology (PDCA -TPM, QRQC, SMED & Six Sigma)
- Familiar with process improvement tools including FMEA,SPC etc
- Good communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with different levels and functions
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Assertive, result-oriented with good leadership skills
- Possesses good perseverance and the ability to see things through attitude
- Possesses a sense of urgency and have good adherence to timeline in completing tasks and projects.
- Provide training to employees on procedures/ processes
