Here is a description of the role we are opening:

  • Attend to daily production technical issues related to processes as to ensure smooth production flow
  • Lead, co-ordinate and execute continuous improvement in his/her workshop
  • Attend to all quality issues and work with Quality Assurance Department to resolve / contain problem using Plant Lean methodology (QRQC).
  • Work closely with the Engineering and R&D departments to transit new processes/ technology and transfer into production line on time
  • Embarks on productivity, quality & cost reduction program
  • Drive toward company KPI (Key Performance Index) and internal PPM target
  • Able to solve problems systematically through the different methodology (PDCA -TPM, QRQC, SMED & Six Sigma)
  • Familiar with process improvement tools including FMEA,SPC etc
  • Good communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with different levels and functions
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Assertive, result-oriented with good leadership skills
  • Possesses good perseverance and the ability to see things through attitude
  • Possesses a sense of urgency and have good adherence to timeline in completing tasks and projects.
  • Provide training to employees on procedures/ processes
