  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

• Rotating shifts (Required to commit shift hours)
AM - 7am to 4pm
PM - 1pm to 10pm
Late Shift - 10pm to 7am

Responsibilities
• Provide professional and courteous service to guests, effectively addressing any complaints, requests, or inquiries.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Reception, and the Front Office Cashier regarding guest arrivals and departures.
• Proactively engage with guests through courtesy calls and offer assistance as needed.
• Ensure efficient and respectful handling of baggage, transport arrangements, and general inquiries.
• Undertake other reasonable duties as assigned to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, with familiarity with the Opera system an advantage.
