Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals and market objectives.
Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and behaviors, providing actionable insights for brand planning.
Analyze consumer data to understand the target audience, identify opportunities, and create strategies to enhance brand engagement and loyalty.
Define and refine the brand’s positioning in the market to ensure it resonates with the target audience and differentiates from competitors.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan and execute branding campaigns that effectively communicate the brand message.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand strategies and initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
Assist in developing and managing the budget for brand planning activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand planning and execution.
Prepare and present detailed reports on brand planning activities, performance, and strategic recommendations to the Director.

Requirements:
Extensive experience in brand planning and strategic marketing, particularly within the retail sector.
Strong analytical and market research skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using marketing analytics and research tools.
Outstanding strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends
