Job Details:
- Basic up to $3200 + Performance Bonus
- Working Days: Monday - Saturday (5.5 days)
- Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (weekdays), 8:30am - 3pm (Sat)
- Location: Clementi
Job Scope:
Oversee and coordinate inventory purchasing to ensure optimal stock levels for business operations and on-demand batch production.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including FIFO and expiry dates, and provide weekly reports on inventory status and movement across business segments.
Manage and update product-related documentation, specifications, packaging materials, and labeling.
Conduct and manage incoming product inspections, sampling, and scheduled stock audits in cold storage.
Plan and support cold storage warehousing, external storage, pick-and-pack processes, and 3PL/shipment logistics.
Update and maintain product pricing, quality control (QC) inspection records, and traceability documentation.
Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, and CoC standards, and prepare documentation for annual audits.
Assist with administrative tasks and other operational duties as required by the company.
