Housekeeping (Based in Singapore)

Job Overview: The housekeeping is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organized environment in assigned areas. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks to ensure the facility meets health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Cleaning:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass, and mirrors.

2. Restroom Maintenance:

• Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and other restroom fixtures.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Ensure restrooms are hygienic and well-stocked.

3. Waste Management:

• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Recycle materials as per established procedures.

4. Floor Care:

• Maintain various types of flooring (carpets, tiles, etc.) using appropriate methods and cleaning solutions.
• Report any damages or maintenance needs related to flooring.

5. Inventory Management:

• Monitor cleaning supplies and report low stock levels.
• Assist in maintaining cleaning equipment and tools.

6. Communication:

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirement:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weight.
• Strong time management skills and reliability.
• Able to converse in simple English
