Join us at VitaminMall, the leading online health supplement store with e-stores across various E-Commerce marketplaces in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. We seek dedicated individuals to join our operation team. You will be responsible for fulfilling health supplements orders from our online customers. This includes online orders from ecommerce marketplaces: Shopee, Lazada, Redmart, NTUC, Qoo10 and Amazon.
Processing online orders promptly and accurately, for timely fulfilment and pick up by our logistic partners
Picking and Packing health supplement products into parcels
Ensure orders are picked and pack correctly
Update customers on their parcel shipping status
Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound (receiving, sorting, put-away) and general housekeeping duties.
Requirement
• GCE N / O-Level qualification and above
• Good IT proficiency in using smartphones and laptop
• Familiar with online shopping on ecommerce marketplaces
• Proficient in English
• Working Schedule: 5 Days Work Week (Mon to Saturday)
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
• Singaporean/PR Only
