  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Retail Executive, your primary duty is to assist to oversee , organise, and run the day-to-day operations of our retail store and lead to motivate our team to provide positive vibes and excellent customer service.



· Assist the Head of Retail in managing the daily operations

· Drive sales and ensure that sales targets are met.

· Manage stores stocks and inventory.

. Attend to customer enquiries and process orders.

· Set and maintain service standards.

· Train outlet staff to deliver excellent customer experiences and uphold the brand's values.

· Continuously identify areas for improvement in the retail operational processes and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.

· Nurture friendly relationship with customers to increase loyalty and following
