JOB SUMMARY

You will be responsible for the success of the outlet and oversee our F&B operations the retail outlet.



RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

· Lead and manage operation team, front and back-of-house staffs across the assigned retail outlet to deliver high level of product and service excellence in accordance with the company’s strategic.

· Develop and direct company’s overall budget planning strategy, goals and cost saving practices.

· Provide leadership and guidance to operation team and restaurant managers on addressing the service, organization and cost issues.

· Research and develop opportunities and plans, understanding market requirements, identify market trends in F&B, and suggest improvements to achieve the company's goals and profits.

· Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma in F&B Management, Hospitality or related discipline

· Minimum 3 years’ relevant knowledge of F&B management, systems and procedures

· Resilient and able to perform under pressure.

· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical abilities, highly driven with strong work ethic, personal integrity and excellent leadership qualities.

· Willing to work on weekends or Flexible with work schedule based on operational needs
