Job Scope:
Facilitate effective communication and service to the passengers and the members of the public
Ensure proper assistance, solutions and guidelines are executed when there’s a need/queries from the public
Respond to all enquiries from various channels (Calls, Emails, Chatbot/Live Chat and social media)
Managing and responding to customer complaints and service issues in a timely and empathetic manner
Identify and respond appropriately to all safety risk issues, incidents, medical or emergency cases on ground operations
Perform roving duties to assist the passengers and the members of the public
Other additional ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O Level with 1 to 2 years of customer service
Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment as a team
Outgoing & able to interact with customers positively
Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays and night shift (On Work 4, Off 2 arrangements!
Other Information:
Salary up to $2350 (Including allowances)
Working hours: 0530am to 1530pm / 1500pm to 0100am
Rotating Shift with 1 way transport provided
