  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Customer Service Officer (Contact Centre)️

Location (Nearest MRT): Central

Salary: Up to $3,000 (depends on qualification & experience)

Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract (Renewable) + Allowance + Completion Bonus


Work Days & Hours: 5 work days per week (Mon to Sun) in shift hours between 7.30 AM to 1.30 AM - you can choose!

Benefits: 1 way Taxi Claim for those that start before 7.30 am or end after 10 pm

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound phone call enquiries from members of the public regarding cards, loans, mortgages etc.
They will be assigned to specific teams that handle specific products
*Training will be provided and still be paid

Requirements:

Comfortable working in a call centre
Able to work for 5 work days per week
