Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and engage with customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Assist customers in finding suitable products based on their needs and preferences
Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations
Product Knowledge
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and trends
Educate customers on product care, fitting, and styling options
Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and store events
Requirements
No experience welcomed.
Proven experience in luxury fashion retail or a related field is a plus.
Strong passion for luxury fashion and a keen sense of style.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-end retail environment.
Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of fashion trends and luxury brands.
