You will…

monitor required inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize wastage and maintain product availability.
be responsible for sales reporting of the bar, as well as assist in budgeting and forecasting.
carry out any required training for newly joined baristas, as well as to enhance existing skillsets and knowledge about coffee and other beverages, preparation techniques and recipes, and safety procedures.
ensure that all health and safety practices are strictly upkept as per policies and regulations.
be open to any other skill-development or ad-hoc tasked as assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2-years related experience for Assistant Manager level, and minimum 4-years related experience for Manager level.
A valid Food Hygiene Certificate registered with Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
*If you do not possess a valid food hygiene certificate, the Company will arrange the training and certification
Excellent communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills.
A team player with a good sense of job responsibility and a keen eye for detail.
Honest willingness to learn and grow with the Company.
