Full-time Front Office Supervisor urgently required.
Main Job Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient check-in and check-out, manage guest bookings, up-sell, and share experiences to enhance guests' stay experiences.
Manage shift briefings, group pre-conferences, room allocations, arrivals/departures, emails, and members/non-members' room assignments professionally and timely.
Communicate regularly with Housekeeping Manager, arrange daily site inspections for Sales & Marketing, and coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping on PMM (Preventive Maintenance) blocking and releasing.
Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, local attractions, restaurants, sightseeing tours, and other relevant details to guests.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality, or equivalent
2 years’ experience in a front desk or guest service supervisory position
Proficiency in English and good communication skills
