Job Summary:
The Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement of services, ensuring that the organisation maintains at a high-quality standard. This role involves sales management, market analysis, and collaboration with various departments to support overall business and marketing objectives. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with clients. Negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms and conditions.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand trends and product availability. Monitor industry developments to anticipate changes.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain optimal sales target.
• Analyse purchasing data and recommend strategies to improve procurement processes.
• Work closely with finance, marketing, operations, and other departments to align purchasing strategies with sales department and organisational goals.
• Prepare reports on activities and performance for management to review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,900.00 per month
