Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading the kitchen’s operations, including the preparation, seasoning and cooking of food in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Ensure the consistency of food product according to the establishment of SOP
Ensure proper labelling of food items after preparation.
Manage in keeping food wastage to a minimum as per SOP.
Manage inventory control of food supplies and addressing any arising problems or complaints.
Responsible to oversee kitchen personnel
Conduct regular inspections at kitchen stations and identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Analyze business performance to optimize sales and profitability
Ensure the correct rotation by FIFO and maintain stock level of all food products.
Other job-related ad-hoc duties if required

Requirements

Possess Bachelor Degree in Culinary or equivalent
Strong passion in Food and Beverage industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work shift, on weekends & Public holidays
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
