The Customer Service / Appointment setting officer is responsible for attending to online inquiries or online loan applications, following up with customers and setting up Branch Appointments.

Responsibilities:

To provide customer service at exemplary levels while upholding the professional image of the company.
To be proactive and initiative to ensure a pleasant experience for the customers during their application.
To provide clear and coherent explanation to resolve customer queries.
To assist customers with their loan inquiries by setting an appointment with our branch officers.
To assist with clients account management, along with accurate and careful data entry of customer details.
To help in administrative duties and record keeping duties when necessary.

Requirements:

Entry level with right skill set.
No experience required.
Friendly and positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Able to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
