We operate sit-down and quick service restaurants, cafes, lounges and food-led convenience stores, principally in airports and train stations, with a portfolio of around 550 international, national and local brands. These include our own brands (such as UrbanCrave, which brought the first “street eats” concept to airports in the US and Nippon Ramen, a noodle and dumpling concept in the APAC region) as well as franchise brands (such as M&S, Starbucks and Burger King).

Our SSP Asia Pacific journey started in Thailand over 25 years ago. Since then, we have grown to include Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia, with more than 5,500 colleagues, 150 brands and 300 stores.

Responsibilities:

Ensure orderly operation runs through strict following of service sequence and standards
Interact with and manage customers and their feedback professionally and diplomatically, and appropriately refer such instances to the Manager on Duty.
Promotes good branding image of the unit through ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Check, clear and clean tables
Manage POS and cashiering duties
Prepare and serve food and drinks according to brand SOPs
Keep the Manager on Duty updated on any issues related to food & service
Adheres to the company’s policy on grooming
Comply with all safety and hygiene standards as required by the Company and respective regulations

Requirements:

Prior experience in food service preferred
Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
Assist in loading/unloading goods (dry and wet ingredients) to the kitchen whenever necessary
Excellent interpersonal skill and moderately conversant in English as a universal language to communicate with international guests
Responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
