Job responsibilities:
Store Operations:
Execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase stores profitability.
Able to be hands-on and perform shift duties when necessary.
Implement inventory control measures to reduce wastage and stock variance.
Ensure all marketing and promotions are launched effectively within specified time.
Conduct Monthly Operations and Cash Management Audits, and submit operations reports on time.
Submit weekly Sales and Operations Reports and provide action plans for improvement.
Service Excellence:
Coach and motivate Store Managers and staff to deliver outstanding Customer Service.
Handle customer complaints and provide service recovery promptly and effectively.
People Management:
Responsible for conducting job interviews and hire enough staffing to run assigned stores.
Conduct on-the-job training for new join staff and monitor performance.
Create conducive work environment and foster positive working relationships to reduce resignations.
Address all grievances at store level effectively and report to Operations Manager promptly.
Quality and Cleanliness:
Ensure all Store Managers and staff follow food preparation SOPs strictly.
Oversee inventory management for stock accuracy and reconciliation.
Maintain high standards of Stores Cleanliness and Hygiene.
Requirement:
Minimum 5 years’ Store Manager experience in the Service Industry.
Minimum 3 years in a similar Area Management role in a multi-units business setup.
Excellent computer skills especially in using Power point, Words & Excel.
Proven record in managing multiple store operations.
Experienced in opening new stores will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership quality with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Able to fulfil shift duties and can work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
