Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telemarketer to generate leads, build relationships, and drive sales growth for our pharmaceutical and healthcare products. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and other stakeholders to promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and stakeholders to promote Zuellig Pharma's products and services.
2. Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on sales opportunities.
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
4. Provide product information, answer queries, and address concerns.
5. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
6. Update customer records and sales data in CRM system.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and customer service) to ensure alignment and effective communication.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1-2 years of telemarketing or sales experience.
2. Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.
3. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
