F&B Store Manager

Food & Beverage Store Manager, who leads crew team to ensure operational efficiency and that service delivery targets are achieved. He/She is responsible for overall operation for food stalls, order food and stock, and make sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation, kitchen safety techniques and understand health standards. As a leader, he/ she must make sure that company and brand are represented correctly and that the standards are upheld.

He/She is an analytical individual with strong leadership skills. He/She is able to provide clear instructions and work under pressure. He/She is required to work on weekends and during public holidays.

Customer-Service: Have to interact with customers. Being friendly and courteous will help keep customers coming back.
Leadership: Train, supervise, develop, counsel, advise, discipline and evaluate staffs according to HR policies and procedures. Lead, encourage and motivate our people to drive sales and heighten service delivery.
Management Skills: Responsible for the efficient running and smooth operations of the assigned outlets. Perform any other administrative duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
Organizational Skills: Keeping work schedules, deliveries of goods, cleaning schedules.
Problem-Solving Skills: Dealing with customers and being able to come up with a solution quickly is a needed skill.
