Job Descriptions:
Greet customers warmly as they approach the check-out area.
Operate POS system efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and integrity.
Issue receipts, refunds, credit, or change to customers as needed.
Assist in inventory management on a weekly basis, including stocking and organizing products.
Perform counter duties, including operating relevant systems.
Take orders and assist with food and beverage service as needed.
Clean and maintain tables and dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
Support the store manager and team members with various tasks as required.
Maintain a clean and organized check-out area.
Ensure the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies to the Store Manager.
Stay informed about current sales, promotions, and store policies to assist customers effectively.
Be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Provide friendly and efficient service to customers at the counter.
Operate systems and other equipment to prepare and serve food items.
Assist with coffee preparation and other beverage tasks as needed.
Dispense all food orders accurately and promptly.
Perform dishwashing duties to ensure a clean, sanitary kitchen environment.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are consistently met.
