Looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across multiple platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, retail stores, and our YouTube channel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce marketing and a proven track record of creating and executing campaigns that drive sales and move inventory.
This role requires a creative thinker who can develop effective marketing strategies, manage multiple channels, and analyze performance to optimize our efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development & Content Creation: Develop data-driven marketing campaigns and produce engaging content across YouTube, social media, and our blog to target specific customer segments and boost traffic and conversions.
- Influencer & Email Marketing: Collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach, and enhance email marketing with personalized campaigns and automated workflows for increased engagement and repeat purchases.
- Sales Channel Expansion & Product Launches: Explore new ecommerce platforms, manage retail partnerships, and coordinate product launches and promotions to grow market presence.
- Customer Experience & Data Analytics: Improve website user experience and customer service while leveraging data analytics to track trends, optimize marketing strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Technology & Brand Management: Implement marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and engage in PR activities to build brand visibility and streamline operations.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and performance-based adjustments.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce marketing, with a focus on driving sales and inventory turnover.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and retail stores.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
