Part time Service Crew for locations at Sengkang, Bukit Timah, Punggol & IMM, Dishwasher for Punggol

Responsibilities of Service Crew

- Waitering / waitressing

- Cashiering & Counter service (where needed)

- Daily housekeeping


- Dishwashing

Once able to handle above duties, you will be taught to:

Handle basic food preparation
Prepare ingredients for cooking according to the establishment’s standard recipes and operating procedures
Portion, assemble or package menu dishes and other food items
Process new inventory items and inventory checking
Clean food preparation areas, kitchen stations, equipment, tables, cutlery and crockery
Prepare food items for ready consumption.
Package food / drinks for takeaways

Locations: Bukit Timah, Jurong East, Sengkang & Punggol

* Being able to work on weekends is an added advantage. Flexible shifts, students may apply.

Responsibilities of Kitchen Assistants

~ preparing ingredients and cooking in the kitchen. Ensuring quality control in the process of cooking.

~ informing Supervisor/Manager on customer's feedback

~ ensure kitchen is clean and organized

~ applying F&B techniques

~ ensuring freshness in all ingredients

~ carries out duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor/Manager where necessary

~ follows strictly to Standard Operating Procedures concerning hygiene, health and safety in the outlet.

~ support other team members as and when necessary
