  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

As a Customer Service Associate, you play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for passengers.


Your responsibilities include the following:
• Welcome passengers and ensure their eligibility of lounge usage
• Attend to the needs of lounge guests in a proactive manner
• In charge of buffet table presentations to ensure that the food and beverages served are
fresh and well-presented
• Ensure proper housekeeping in the lounges
• Monitor food wastage
• Perform basic administrative tasks and computerized transactions
• Proper recording and daily tabulation for month end closing

Requirements:

Possess ‘N’ level/ ‘O’ level credits/ NITEC or equivalent qualification
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in service sectors such as hotel and restaurant will be preferred
Possess good pleasant personality and passion to serve and delight
