Position: Customer Care Officer (Digital Contact Centre)
Location: Kallang
Contract Duration: 6 months
Salary: Up to $2.8k

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries via live chat, email, and general hotline calls.
Process customer requests for letters and email correspondences.
Manage payment arrangements and service reconnections.
Set up instalment plans and payment deferment requests.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work effectively.
Able to work independently while collaborating within a team.
