Location: Changi Airport
Working Hours: (Mon-Thurs) 8am to 5.30pm / 8.30am to 6pm / 9am to 6.30pm. (Friday) 30 mins less than other working days.
Salary Range: $3000-$3500
Job Responsibilities:
Supporting business stakeholders to ensure compliance & achieve operational efficiency by reducing queries and errors due to unfamiliarity with the Expenditure processes.
Verification of employee claims in SAP Concur for validity and compliance to CAG policies before reimbursing staff on a timely basis.
Establish if anomalies detected in Data Analytics report warrant further investigation.
Utilize information from the report to fine tune the parameters, review potential implications for process improvements or automation.
Involve in month-end and year end closing activities, prepare journal entries and ensure that all expenses incurred are properly accrued and accounted for.
Ensure transactions are accurately recorded by reconciling it to external reports on a regular basis.
Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external business stakeholders.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Accountancy with min 3 years of relevant working experience or Degree in Accountancy
Min 2 years of relevant working experience for a large organization, preferably with some exposure to e-Commerce business
Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, comfortable using Pivot table and Power BI.
Prefer with SAP knowledge/experience
