Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are well met.
Handle the POS system and payment terminals accurately to process customers' transactions.
Package and label the baked goods for sales, ensuring products are presented attractively and meet quality standards.
Restock shelves and replenish the items as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
Washing of trays and utensils.
Slicing of loaf breads.
Maintain the cleanliness of the outlet/ cleaning the outlet after operation hours and preparing it for the next day.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the safety and quality of the products.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager.
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in Retail/ F&B service role will be an added advantage.
No experience candidates are also welcome to apply (training will be provided).
Must be physically fit (required to carry heavy loads and standing of long hours).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility with the work schedule, weekends and public holidays.
