Job Duties:
Present and showcase different brands and products to the passengers
Provide a one-to-one customized experience for passengers' shopping needs
Provide professional advice, suggestions and feedback based on customers’ preferences
Interacting with customers to make the shopping experience enjoyable and positive
Communicate and address retail inquiries from passengers promptly and professionally, through face-to-face interactions, messages, video, and live chats
Inform and keep guests updated about current promotions and special offers
Perform roving duties to assist customers
Other additional ad-hoc duties as required to ensure smooth shopping experiences for passengers
Requirement:
Minimum GCE O Level with 1 to 2 years of customer service / retail experience
Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment as a team
Outgoing & able to interact with customers positively
Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays and night shift (On Work 4, Off 2 arrangements!)
Working Hours:
- 0600 - 1530 / 1530 - 0100 (1 way transport)
- 0900 - 2100 / 2100 - 0900
- 0800 - 1730 / 1230 - 2200
