Position Overview

Autodesk Identity Access and Management team is looking for a talented and highly motivated individual who enjoys discovering and developing efficient, scalable, and thoughtful solutions to a variety of technical and product challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with the team that builds Autodesk's Identity Access Management Platform. The service is one of the most important business enablers, serving millions of Autodesk customers daily. It is used to manage user authentication and authorization by Autodesk desktop, mobile, web, and cloud applications, as well as a growing third-party developer ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a DevRel member of the organised agile team that helps and support the adoption of the REST APIs by the integrating teams/customers
  • Proactively answer queries and provide support to the requests related to the cloud service
  • Develop and maintain the web-portals/ tools/ SDKs for supporting the consumers and internal teams
  • Participate actively in knowledge sharing sessions and webinars on the existing/newer features to the consumers
  • Assist in the operation of the service, e.g. monitoring, alerting, metrics, logging, and troubleshooting
  • Work closely with senior engineers, architects, product owners to communicate the needs/requirements of the consuming products/teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
  • Relevant software engineering experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of basic principles of computer programming
  • Good knowledge of at least one of the programming languages C#, Go, Java, Python
  • Familiar with web services, REST APIs etc.
  • Committed to quality, including security and performance

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, able to debug complex technical issues involving multiple system components
