Part-time Retail Executive (Fast Fashion Brand)

Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing to customers
• To maintain the general cleanliness of the store
• Cashier duties which include and are not limited to processing payments, exchanges, and returns
• Co-ordinate with in-house driver and operations team to replenish stocks and transfers from the main warehouse
• Weekly stock-take to ensure inventory accuracy
• Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained, resolving customer complaints, and handling escalated issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fashion industry or a related field/skills is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with customers and staffs
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
• Experience in the fast fashion industry and e-commerce/similar is preferred
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure and effectively manage challenging situations are valuable qualities

*Part-timers are required to commit at least 2-3 shifts per week with 1 compulsory weekend shift*
