Marketing and Sales Assistant

This position is responsible for the growth of sales to new and existing customer bases within the region and the development of long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an existing customer base whilst focusing on new business growth
• Achieve sales KPI’s and meet quarterly targets
• Develop new business opportunities to increase sales
• Identify, develop and manage new areas of growth
• Work co-operatively and competitively within a busy sales team environment

Key skills and attributes:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Management or a related discipline
• Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the staff team.
• Good presentation and public speaking skills
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communication or a related discipline
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
