  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Job

Lead a team of engineers/assistant engineers to plan and execute maintenance work dliligently
Ensure all customers complaints and service requests are attended to promptly and in compliance with Service Level Agreement
Ensure services and projects are delivered and completed on time
Liaise with suppliers/contractors to support engineers/technicians on site supports if necessary
Co-ordinate and liaise with principals and customers to support engineers/assistant engineers on technical matters on products, systems and installations
Monitor and check on quality of service, maintenance works and perform routine check on engineers/assistant engineers progress and performance
Establish procedures and work instructions for service and maintenance work at site and ensure all safety measures and proper housekeeping rules are observed at work sites
Conduct weekly review of work-in-progress status, completion of contracts and submission of reports to customers
To work with sales staff and project engineers on deployment of engineers/assistant engineers for projects and installations support
Participate in product demonstrations, testing and commissioning if required

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ experience with preferably 2 years in a supervisory function
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced and performance driven environment
