Warehouse Assistant
Perform warehouse duty of receiving, checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, repacking and palletizing for both import and export cargo.
Ensure proper cargo checking upon receipt and report any irregularity observed to supervisor.
Carry out daily physical stock check of remaining cargo in warehouse and update report for distribution to the import and export section.
Maintain high standard of cleanliness & housekeeping of warehouse area.
Observe safe warehouse practices and security.
Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor from time to time.
Reach Truck Driver
Operate the reach truck to move products and materials to specified locations in the warehouse.
Transport products to various locations in the warehouse for storage or distribution.
Stack and store products in designated areas following inventory management procedures.
Perform daily checks and maintenance on the reach truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or damage to goods.
Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
Maintain accurate records of material movements, including time, quantity, and location.
Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
